What is Manie Musicale?

Manie Musicale is a free, international bracket competition that gets students listening to, discussing, and voting on contemporary French-language music

How Manie Musicale Works

Register your school (teachers only) during the open registration window.
Introduce your students to this year's 16 songs and artists using the yearly artist slideshow.
Have students fill out a bracket — their predictions for which song will win it all. (Teachers track their own students' brackets; there's no national entry system for individual students.)
Set up your scoring, typically using Challonge, to keep track of student standings through the tournament.
Vote in each matchup as it opens — each vote runs over two days to accommodate time zones and alternating schedules.
Watch the reveal videos as results are posted (registered, verified teachers get early access).
Celebrate the champion at the Final Reveal in April!
